The clever kitchen occupies the mezzanine level, accessed via a sculptural, cantilevered timber staircase with glass balustrades, creating a striking architectural feature. Below, a secluded reception retains a sense of heritage, enriched by original wall panelling, cornicing, and timber sash windows with shutters — a thoughtful nod to the building’s Victorian character.

A cleverly concealed tiled bathroom sits beneath the mezzanine, while the bedroom is tucked away, defined by bespoke floor-to-ceiling wardrobes and subtle recessed LED lighting that enhances the sense of calm.
